Sitara Foundation’s mission is to provide humanitarian aid and to promote the development of sustainable projects for communities in need both within the U.S. and abroad. At this time, we are focusing primarily on women and children in rural Pakistan.
Our programs include building infrastructure such as tube wells in areas where water availability is scarce, promoting sustainability through permaculture, and improving living conditions with bio-friendly sewage treatment systems such as wetlands.
